For those of you who love the app allowing you to insert the “squirrel” into any photo your heart desires.  Here’s an app that’s more… animated!  The movie The Lorax has hit the theaters with Danny Devito as the principle characters voice.  As with most anything these days, there’s an app for that!

The Lorax official app lets users turn friends into the mustached forest guardian by taking a saved image and adding the mustache to the picture.  Or take a new photo and position the mustache to fit properly.  You can post the images to FB or Twitter.  You can also hold the phone in front of your mouth and, as you speak, a full-screen Lorax mouth moves along with the words.  Pretty great way to expand the branding of the movie!  Especially since younger and younger people are smartphone users or have iPods.

Good fun……and worthy of a Mosaic Monday mention.
