<p>This is a TV commercial from France for McCain Frozen Fries.  The scenario comes very close to a true daydream that invades my grey matter while the little crispy piece of heaven melts in my mouth! (Maybe mine is a little more intense <img src='http://mosaicmoment.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />   McCain Fries (<a class="zem_slink" title="TBWA Worldwide" rel="homepage" href="http://www.tbwa.com/">TBWA</a>/ Paris created) brings a fun look at what woman may be thinking while indulging!</p>

<p>I love the free, whimsical aspect to this promotion which will no doubt win them more followers.  With multiple types of Oreos to choose from, I must say my personal favorite&#8230;DOUBLE STUF!  Almost impossible to keep them in the house!  And yes, I do like to take them apart and eat them.  Do you and which is your favorite?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<!-- Start Shareaholic LikeButtonSetTop Automatic --><!-- End Shareaholic LikeButtonSetTop Automatic --><p><a href="http://mosaicmoment.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/atm.jpeg"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-693" title="atm" src="http://mosaicmoment.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/atm.jpeg" alt="" width="275" height="183" /></a>ATM&#8217;s are a convenience that we interact with on a weekly basis.  They have become a necessary evil with the fast pace lives we all live.  ATM&#8217;s allow us to access our money with ease from any and all banks, 24 hours a day, whether we are customers of that bank or not.  As long as we are willing to pay!  The fees are an accepted requirement on the customers part ranging from $1.25 to as high as $5.00 per transaction.  Personally I HATE paying the fees.  Most people to whom I&#8217;ve had a conversation with regarding the invasive fees hate them as well. But, do you hate them enough to spend 30 seconds watching a commercial to offset the fee?  <a href="http://www.freeatmsnyc.com/" target="_blank">Free ATMs NYC</a> has created and implemented this very idea in Brooklyn NY last month as a test.  It seems to be well received and they are will be launching throughout the country by the end of the year.  They have already signed 2 advertisers and talking to several more!</p>
<p>The way it works is like any other ATM transaction.  Before the process of withdrawal or deposit begins, you will have the option to &#8220;opt out&#8221; of the fee by agreeing to view a commercial.  A <a href="http://money.cnn.com/2011/12/19/pf/free_atms/index.htm" target="_blank">CNN Money</a> article reports<em> &#8220;Americans have spent about $4 billion on fees charged at non-bank ATMs this year, paying an average of $2.10 for each transaction, according to TowerGroup.&#8221; </em></p>
<p>So ask yourself, how much do you dislike those fees?  Personally I think it&#8217;s a GREAT idea and yet another niche place to get a consumers attention and expose them to your product.  When I first learned of <a href="http://www.wizmark.com/" target="_blank">urinal advertising</a> I thought it was a bit over the line!  The next time I had to utilize the ladies room at a local restaurant I changed my mind to&#8230; BRILLIANT!   ATM advertising is a win-win-win for the bank, the advertiser and the consumer. Now, I wish there was a way around dry cleaner fees?</p>

<p><a href="http://www.robbinsbrothers.com/" target="_blank">Robbins Brothers Jewelers</a> has some great messages out there!  Jewelers are certainly no strangers to billboards, but Robbins Brothers  are using this medium in a creative way to drive people to their <a href="http://www.facebook.com/RobbinsBrothersp://" target="_blank"> Facebook page</a>. They are not recreating the wheel, they are playing off the strength of emotion and the core of their business&#8230;engagements!    Not only does it bring in new customers and once they&#8217;ve committed to their purchase they&#8217;ve now gained a lifelong client!</p>

<p><a class="zem_slink" title="Google Chrome" rel="homepage" href="http://www.google.com/chrome">Google Chrome</a>, a wonderful search engine with high speed, has launched a TV commercial/campaign using these &#8220;actors&#8221;.  Very creative and smart riding the coat tails of such a successful entity.  I use Google Chrome, <a class="zem_slink" title="Safari" rel="homepage" href="http://www.apple.com/safari/">Safari</a> and <a class="zem_slink" title="Firefox" rel="homepage" href="http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/">Firefox</a>.  They all have their advantages and draw backs.  Chrome is not widely accepted which makes working on certain websites impossible.  The frustration becomes a bit much when you are a business working on timelines.  I would love your thoughts!!  Which search engine is your favorite and why?</p>
